Amendments made to orders are be discussed and confirmed with the customer concerned. Product availability is not monitored by our online store with the exception of our non-stock items which are marked as having a necessary lead time before dispatch. We do not guarantee the immediate availability of any of our products however we do keep a large stock from a wide range of our products. Orders placed are checked by our sales team and customers are notified about stock and availability at this stage. Online Discounts Online Discounts are only available to registered users who are logged into their account at the time of ordering. The stated discount is applied to the subtotal of the order before Shipping and Tax costs are applied. Online Discounts are subject to change or removal without notification. Shipping Information For the majority of our products, carriage charges are calculated on the total product value. Certain products are marked as having special carriage requirements due to size, weight or contents. This is highlighted on the product information and basket pages. The described delivery estimates for our selection of shipping options is the time for delivery having been dispatched from Eagle-SMT . This excludes our internal processing, picking and packaging time. Customers choosing to use the Royal Mail shipping option accept all liability for losses or damages to products from using this service. Shortages or damage sustained during transit must be notified to both the carriers and ourselves within three days of receipt of goods. In the event of a non-delivery, we must be notified immediately after the invoice is received, otherwise no liability can be accepted. Free Shipping Promotion Our free shipping promotion is subject to change or removal without notification. It is only available for orders within the UK. Any delivery address may only take advantage of the free delivery promotion on a single user account. Any customers abusing this service will have their free deliveries removed. Free deliveries in user accounts remain the property of Eagle-SMT Ltd. and we reserve the right to add and remove them at our discretion. Customs Orders placed by our international customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the package reaches its destination. These charges must be accepted by the customer. Unfortunately these charges are beyond are control and we cannot estimate what they may be. When ordering from Eagle-SMT Ltd. for international delivery you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Returns No returns can be accepted for credit unless previously agreed. A charge of 10% of invoice value will be levied on goods "Not Wanted" or "Incorrectly Ordered" or due to duplication resulting from "Confirmation Orders" not being endorsed to that effect.
